Sylvia was the best broker I have used, she was knowledgeable and helpful in the way no one else can be. Her bringing in a professional photographer was great, her set up of the apt was excellent, her knowledge of the market and all the real estate rules and registration were superb. She did a lot of work that the other agent didn’t do.Her recommended lawyer was excellent, she worked with him throughout the sale. I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking to list and sell a property.
