Sylvia was great to work with. She tried to make things as easy and simple as she could for us. She made herself available to us whenever we needed her.

I loved working with Sylvia. Since this was being done while I was in another state I had multitude of questions and she was quick to answer them whether no matter how silly they may have been. The home sold a lot quicker than I thought it would and she got me a much better price than I had first anticipated. I would highly recommend Sylvia and would not hesitate to work with her again.

I met Sylvia for the first time when i went to the purchased property for a viewing. She provided information about the property and was knowledgeable about the area it was in. Sylvia had a kindness for me and a passion for her work unlike anyone else I had previously worked with. When I decided to move forward with an offer for the property, not only was she available 100% of the time, but she promptly answered all of my questions I had. Being a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions about many aspects. Sylvia worked hard in my favor with the offers I submitted and was determined to see everything through til the end. This showed all the way to closing day when we had some hiccups on final paperwork.
