The home was sold in about two weeks with time spent waiting for an escrow payment from one buyer that didn't materialize. We were kept up to date on all activities during the listing. We probably had 3-4 home visits in addition to daily email and/or phone messages.

Sylvia is excellent. She is so patient and is always willing to hear you out with questions and frustrations. This is a crazy industry and she really helped me navigate selling my home.
