We were very satisfied with the sale process. Syvia went through former sales to reach a list price, the way advertising was done and other matters that are related to the sale of a home. The first offer was accepted and the whole process moved along as agreed on. This sale could not have been handled any better.

We were first time home buyers. So bright eyed and excited. We started looking in December 2019. We had our approval letter and a good size down payment. Sylvia would say we would know our home as soon as we walk in. She encouraged us to never settle out of fear. I’ll admit, there were times when I didn’t have hope. But Sylvia had hope for us. 🩷 Then that wonderful day came- July 2023. I finally knew what Sylvia meant. When we walk into the model, it felt like home. It was the house of our dreams. Perfect location. Perfect layout. It was like it was made for us. We moved in five months later. Sylvia has become a true friend. She’s not just trying to sell you a house. She’s trying to help you find your home. And I thank God every day that we finally found ours!
