I would recommend Sylvia Pate to any seller. She went above and beyond the entire time and kept me totally informed. She is way above any other real estate broker with whom I have met in the past. She is simply the best. She is a top rated real estate broker. I will recommend her and her firm to others when I can do so.
Sylvia was a great asset in the purchase of the property.
Sylvia Pate is an excellent real estate sales person! She is knowledgeable and works hard to represent you! She is courteous and dependable, and I plan to use Century 21 Sweyer & Associates with the assistance of Sylvia Pate for all of my future real estate needs. Thank you.
In my first contact with Sweyer & Associates I was assigned to Lindsey. But due to family emergency, she was called away. Sylvia Pate stepped in and was amazing! She listened intently to my needs and worked tirelessly and after normal hours to find just what we were looking for. She was so sweet and just adorable. It was such a blessing having her as my agent. I hope the need arises that I can call on her again and I am recommending her to all my family and friends.
Sylvia was excellent in helping find and purchase our land in Brunswick County.
Ms. Pate did an outstanding job and spoke with me every day . She know what I was looking and wanted for my price range. Even after the sale she checked on us . Great job Ms. Pate !!! We're just so very pleased with everything Sylvia has done for us.
The first time we spoke to Sylvia Pate we felt she had a true knowledge of the area and was dedicated to help us. It was nice to find someone who really wanted to help us and take action. She stayed in constant communication with us, which being out of state was very helpful. We loved working with her. I wish we would have found her the first time we tried to sell years ago. If we ever come back to this area Sylvia Pate will be the person we call.
Our overall experience with Sylvia Pate has been positive and exceptional. We have been so impressed and pleased with Sylvia Pate and her knowledge, professionalism and hard work, that we have recommended her to family members who will be needing a realtor in the near future. She not only listens, but is friendly and constantly kept us informed. Sylvia Pate has been a blessing to us and made the process of selling and buying homes and land much less stressful.
Wonderful lady to work with! We have already recommended Sylvia to a family member.
Sylvia was very patient and helpful in working through all the issues that arose through the process of purchasing my home. Her expertise in the area and drive to keep on top of the other parties involved.
