We are so happy that Sylvia Gandara was our realtor in finding our new home. We thought it would be very stressful looking for a home within our budget and dealing with all the paper work, but Sylvia put us at ease right from the start. She always had a list of homes we could tour, and helped us consider all the pros and cons of our concerns. Sylvia never never declined to take us wherever we wanted to go and even helped us with questions we had about the loan agent at our bank. She even intervened for us when we asked her to in order to help us understand escrow procedures. Sylvia is so knowledgeable, professional, and she was always available, no matter what time we called her. She is truly a gem. Anyone would be lucky to have such an accommodating realtor. We didn't know they still existed!
