I chose Sylvia because I knew she is highly experienced in her field. I found out she is also extremely good at communicating: she always kept me informed and answered me immediately. I also learned how proactive she is. She anticipates potential problems and takes care of them before they become problems. She moved quickly on every issue, large and small, with great expertise. Her skills range from the minutiae of making a bathroom look tip-top, to developing relationships with people in a neighborhood, to financial expertise. In short, even though I was initially stressed about selling my property, with Sylvia helping me it was very easy. I could not be more pleased with her services.
