We had a wonderful experience with Sylvia. She treated us more like family than just a client.

Sylvia was very knowledgeable about the market, the city, and when is the best time to buy. We knew her before we met her in person. We live in Pennsylvania, and we wanted to find a home in Florida so we could escape the cold winters here. Sylvia would show us homes in videos that she personally took to give us an idea of what was available. We trusted her so much that we were even willing to put a bid in sight unseen because she knew what we wanted in a home; and she was honest if she thought it wouldn't be something that we would want. She cared more about us as a buyer than she was in making a sell. When we finally were able to rent a home for a month in Florida so we could look at homes in person, Sylvia was just as friendly and personable in person than she was over the phone. She took her time with us until we finally found our dream home. Her work didn't stop there. She did everything in her power to make sure that the sell happened. We could call her anytime with questions and even my daughter had concerns that she took the time to put my daughter's concerns to rest. We had trouble downloading documents that we needed and she was good enough to have us come to her office so she could help us with that. We needed a wind mitigation inspection done for our home insurance broker that would give us a discount on our home insurance. We had to coordinate with our upstairs neighbor and the insurance inspector to find the right time for each of them. Unfortunately, we had to get back to Pennsylvania because we had doctors appointments and things to take care of back home; however, Sylvia said not to worry that she would take care of that for us. We were able to go back home knowing that Sylvia would handle everything. I would recommend Sylvia to anyone!! Sylvia always said that she would be there for us all the way till the end and she certainly has. I would recommend Sylvia to anyone. She is the best!!
