Five star client service experience! My wife and I recently migrated to Florida from Arizona. Sylvia was the first contact we made and from the moment I spoke with her on the phone I knew we would be working with her long-term. In this very competitive market Sylvia delivered what she promised in a timely fashion. We are now living in a rental that Sylvia helped us get into and we used her to purchase our land for a future home. Sylvia has gone above and beyond any realtor that I’ve worked with to date Don’t take my word for it give her a call and you’ll see for yourself.

Responsive and reliable Sylvia knows the Vero Beach real estate market. She was attentive to our needs and located the properties that fit us. She was professional, punctual and personable. She was good at negotiating a price cut to our chosen property. I recommend her without exception.

Sylvia was WONDERFUL to work with though the sell of our home she helped us through it all and made sure we stayed on track. She was also extremely helpful in coordinating our closing date and all of our inspections once we went under contract. We would recommend Sylvia to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Her advice and support through closing was invaluable. She was polite, available, friendly, and knowledgable. We could not have done it without her.

Sylvia was exactly what my wife and I needed. we were buying our first home and there were multiple things that we simply didn't know, and Sylvia helped us through all of it so well. Even when we faced a small problem with our mortgage provider she stepped in to help us! I don't think there's a person she can't help through any issue they might encounter in the home buying process.

Sylvia is the best, we couldn’t have bought our first home without her! It was such a pleasure working with Sylvia and her team! She was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. She was extremely communicative and easy to reach. We are so appreciative of all her help and guidance throughout the whole home buying process.

Sylvia is very knowledgeable about the real estate industry and its current market. She kept us updated and was very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process of selling and buying our houses. When we felt discouraged during the search for our new home, Sylvia was always understanding and encouraging and eager to go that extra mile to make sure that our needs were met. She worked around the clock until she found our perfect home. Sylvia is the best.
