Back in 2012 we met Sylvia when our agent didn’t show up to tour a home for sale. We must have had a “lost” look on our faces, because when Sylvia saw us, she came over to ask if we needed help. This was our first interaction with her and gives you an idea of the type of person Sylvia is, kind and helpful. While we didn’t get the home we visited that day, Sylvia immediately stepped and ended up helping us buy our first home. Years passed( 12 to be exact) and Sylvia stayed in touch. When it came time to sell that home, we knew Sylvia was the person to sell it. The process with selling it was easy because of the time and attention Sylvia gave to the process. She met with us to describe, in detail, her ideas on selling the home and her marketing plan. Sometimes we were in touch with her several times a day and she always got back to us quickly. If she didn’t know an answer to a question, she’d find out and circle back. At the end, Sylvia priced our home aggressively and was still able to get over ask. Now we are in the process of buying a new home and yes, Sylvia is our agent. Sylvia is more than our real estate agent, she is like family.
