We have worked with Sydey four times, she is an absolutely amazing realtor. Sydney is always transparent, communicative, accessible. She is very price conscious, realistic but business-minded and tenacious. Highly recommend!

We happened to respond to a Zillow ad for a townhouse we were considering for a rental property. We were very lucky to run into Sydney! By the time we were able to view the property, Sydney had found out that the owner had several offers above the asking price. Though we were considering a much higher cash offer, Sydney produced many comps and numbers that convinced us that the actual value of the property was far less than we were planning on offering even though it probably meant she would be losing the sale. She convinced us to put in a backup offer at the much lower price. She continued to work diligently to locate several additional properties that met our criteria that I was unable to find on Zillow or competitive sites. Ultimately, the original property became available again and due to Sydney's detail in structuring the backup offer, we got the property at the price we originally set with NO negotiations etc. She took it a step further and found us a fantastic inspector and negotiated a number of repairs. Throughout the process, Sydney responded quickly to every question/need - usually within the hour! I have owned several houses and rental properties over the years and have never had a realtor as good at their job as Sydney! We intend on selling our primary residence in a few years and would not consider any realtor other than Sydney.

Sydney was phenomenal in helping my fiance and I purchase our first home! We first started talking to Sydney late in 2015 when we were first deciding the type of home we wanted to purchase and she helped us pick the area we wanted to buy in and price points and she stayed in contact with us throughout until we were ready to purchase starting in early 2016. Once we were ready, Sydney stayed in constant contact with us and helping make sure that we did not settle on just getting into any house and only making offers on places that we loved. The market in Denver and Aurora is absolutely crazy and is 100% a seller's market right now with the number of buyers coming into the state. Sydney worked completely around our schedules and helped set up showings on weekday mornings, weekday evenings, and weekends to make sure we wouldn't miss out on a home since they were coming off the market within days of being listed. During this process, she also set us up with an amazing lender at Guaranteed Rates to make sure we were pre-qualified and ready to move once we found a house. Once we finally found a house, we had less than 30 days to close due to seller moving and Sydney organized the inspection the next day and was in constant contact with us and the lender to make sure the appraisal and all aspects of the sale went smoothly and to ensure that the closing went as planned. We are now proud first-time homeowners and we can definitely say that we would not have been able to get into this home without Sydney's help! Although we do not plan on moving any time soon, we will definitely be recommending her to friends and family and calling on her if we decide to move or purchase again in the future.
