Finding a trusted realtor can be a daunting experience; Sybil is phenomenal! If I could rate 10 stars, I would. After my grandmother was hospitalized and never made it home, I needed to find a realtor that was flexible, communicative, driven, and personable. I reached out to numerous realtors but the choice was clear after I spoke with Sybil. My grandmother's home was willed to my father, but due to him living out of state, I became the personal representative acting on his behalf. I expected this to be a bit of a messy process in the form of communication etc, but Sybil handled it with ease and grace. She went above and beyond what I would expect – assisted myself and contracting crew in removal of belongings, clean up, prepping the home, the list goes on. Sybil was fabulous as she works hard for a seller, is clear in her dealings, is patient and quickly responds to any issue a seller may have. She works well with buyer agents and their lenders. She is a “will do” agent who I felt represented me fully.
