This is my second home buying experience with Sybil. I was so pleased with the first time that I reached out when ready to move on. Sybil is market savvy, familiar with a large area, had the answers to most all of our questions and not afraid to reach out to other agents for answers! She is very attentive to our particular needs and very easy to talk to, plus Sybil is just so nice and really invests in her people ! I highly recommend Sybil to anyone looking to sell or buy !

Finding a trusted realtor can be a daunting experience; Sybil is phenomenal! If I could rate 10 stars, I would. After my grandmother was hospitalized and never made it home, I needed to find a realtor that was flexible, communicative, driven, and personable. I reached out to numerous realtors but the choice was clear after I spoke with Sybil. My grandmother's home was willed to my father, but due to him living out of state, I became the personal representative acting on his behalf. I expected this to be a bit of a messy process in the form of communication etc, but Sybil handled it with ease and grace. Not only did she ensure my father remained in the loop, she made sure to notify us immediately of any and all proceedings. She went above and beyond what I would expect – assisted myself and contracting crew in removal of belongings, clean up, prepping the home, the list goes on. Sybil remains on top of the constant market changes, advises the best plan of action for your particular home, and is quick to act as she knows the importance of timing in real estate. If you're looking for an agent, look no further; Sybil truly is one of the best I've had the pleasure of working with. She listens actively to your wishes and truly does everything in her power to accommodate your circumstances. She is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, works well under pressure (this is important), highly communicative, is excited about her job, and ready for any challenge thrown her way. Sybil was fabulous as she works hard for a seller, is clear in her dealings, is patient and quickly responds to any issue a seller may have. She works well with buyer agents and their lenders. She is a “will do” agent who I felt represented me fully.

Sybil was very easy to get ahold of and always got back to me quickly. We had a large area that we were looking for a home and she didn’t hesitate to drive 1-1.5 one way to get to a property!
