For buyers, she brings her in depth knowledge of the area as well as construction. When something looked iffy in a house we were looking at, she had no problem getting onto her knees to peek to see what was going on. Not all agents would do that! Like any agent, she has inspectors she can call on, but unlike any agent we’ve known, she offers choices based on what you want to know and how you want that information provided. When the right house is found, she is very smart with contracts, negotiations and details. We really felt like she had our best interests always in mind. As a seller’s agent, she is savvy on pricing, timing and staging for the best outcome. She knows just about everybody in the area and markets effectively. She summarizes offers and points out important details. In both the buying and the selling, she was incredibly thoughtful, fun and insightful.
