It can be stressful and overwhelming to try to find a place to call home so that is where your realtor comes into play. I was able to find my place, put an offer and move in within one month while also getting it at a good deal that Sy was able to negotiate for me.I highly recommend all first time buyers and experienced buyers/sellers to choose their realtor wisely.
