Sy is very knowledgable in many aspects of real estate and it was very helpful in our recent house purchase. While walking the house and brainstorming how to reconfigure the floor plan to do what we wanted, Sy had some really good ideas that we are now implementing. I was very impressed with his ideas since me and my dad are both experienced contractors that have renovated quite a few houses and Sy’s ideas hadn't crossed our minds . Sometimes a good insight at the right time can be priceless. We have worked with Sy on 3 real estate transactions now over the last few years and I would highly recommend him. He has been very helpful, knowledgeable and he has always been very responsive when we have needed something from him. In short Sy has been everything we could wish for in a real estate agent.
