We wish we had more advise on how to make an offer on the price of property. Syed was nice as an agent but we feel he worked more for himself and not us. He worked good as a middle person for our communication with the seller and provided all the paperwork as needed, which expected. There were lots of fees and other costs that we only learned after we made an offer and before) after closing the deal. I'm not sure why he didn't tell us all about those fees before we made an offer, maybe he didn't know about those either. We are the first time buyer, I guess it was our lesson to learn that we have to make sure all the advertised are as expected. But as a new buyer, we don't know what to ask. All the things that we didn't know had impact on our offer price on the house and property. We feel like we made an offer higher than it should be.

I highly recommend Sy if you’re wanting to sell your home. He went above and beyond and truly made it a breeze for my mom. He sat with her and made sure to discuss every little detail that goes into selling a home.
