Swapna helped the reviewer sell this property

Consummate professional with excellent understanding of the market!

Swapna Mandava recently guided us through the sale of our Strongsville home. She was extremely professional and handled all of the details expertly and efficiently. As someone who bought and sold five plus homes over the years, I can vouch for the fact that sellers’ needs vary at every stage of the process. Swapna has that unique ability to intuitively respond to those changing needs and priorities. Never overwhelming you nor leaving you unattended. She made sure that what could have been a painful process actually went very smoothly. Her advice on pricing and timing of the listing was truly well informed and in fact, the very first viewers of the house made an offer to purchase. Swapna’s thoughtfulness in attending to details from the buyers’ perspective was also appreciated by the buyers themselves who mentioned to me how it was a contributing factor in their decision to buy our house. Another aspect that distinguishes her among other agents is her unique understanding of the buying and selling culture of the area. She smoothly facilitated each phase and our one serious regret is that we won’t be able to use her expertise again until we return, one day, to the Cleveland area. We couldn't have asked for a better, more caring and motivated person for the job. Without reserve, we highly recommend her for we regard her as a gifted agent!
