Hands down the best real estate team in South Florida. Our closing kept getting delayed because of a lender issue and the Swanson team was very helpful in making sure the sellers did not cancel the deal. They are extremely educated on all aspects of purchasing a property. Next time I purchase a home I am for sure contacting the Swanson team again.

Matt and Tracie were incomparable. We've bought and sold several houses over the years and the hands-on approach that they took was phenomenal. We've also never staged a home that looked as good as when we took Tracie's advice. We've decluttered, but Tracie took staging to a whole new level! They have an excellent network of contacts (tradesmen, home inspectors, etc.) that really delivered. I would highly recommend using Matt & Tracie to buy or sell your home. I've already recommended them to a friend who's looking.
