You are in GOOD HANDS with Svitlana Kwee as your realtor! Me and my wife just moved to Arizona from NYC. Selling property (co-op) in NYC is way more difficult then in AZ. There is a lot more “red tape.” Long story short it took us nearly four months to sell our property.
