I highly recommend Svetlana to anyone interested in finding the perfect home or condo in South Florida She's super friendly , knowledgeable and available at any time , works relentlessly to find that perfect home , fights for her clients to get the best deal possible, discounting the price as much as possible My experience with Svetlana was amazing, she found the ideal home for me and my family near the beach , she was even able to reduce the firm price by $15,000 even when the seller had other offers waiting after me, that's what i call dedication and professionalism All of Svetlana's reviews are excellent to say the least, as she proves with all her clients, exept for one negative review, I have no doubt this client failed to acknowledge her relentless pursuit of dedication and hard work to help her clients find their dream home, as I have I recommend Svetlana for any real estate need you may have, all she is interested in is your final satisfaction and knowing you found the best property at the best possible price Im looking for another property and of course Svetlana is my agent again, i recommend her highly to anyone who needs someone dedicated, who doesn't care how many properties she has to drive to or how much gas and time she's investing, all she wants is her clients to be fully happy and satisfied Im so glad I picked Svetlana to help us out , it was the best decision we made

The first real estate agent that was truth full, honest and very helpful in my situation. I had a week to find an apartment with in my budget, Svetlana took between 10-12 apartments in one week and the last one was it. Even though, my credit score was low, she had made every attempt and talking to an owner, his agent for me to get the apartment. I will be using Svetlana in the future. Thank you for everything.

Svetlana is absolutely incredible! As a new home owner in an unfamiliar city, I was completely lost and I am very thankful I found such a caring agent. She was by my side every step of the way explaining the process in simple terms. You can tell she puts the client first and makes you feel completely at ease. I was able to call her at anytime and she would answer all my questions without hesitation. Not only is she an amazing agent she’s also a lovely person to be around. I know Svetlana Zhivov for over 15 years, she always act as a friend and you would never expect her to do what she did. We are average American family, me, my wife and two beautiful boys, our joy and pride, our twins! After Los Angeles became a dangerous place live and grow children, we desired to make a slow transition to the city of our DREAM, Miami , Florida. We went to our dear friend Svetlana Zhivov and asked her to find us a house of our dream. She was very exited and assured us that she would get this done, as it would be for herself. We were scared, because it is purse first property and we simply do not know about insurance, closing cost, how the loan done and etc. She said she would take care of it, but she took advantage. She also said she would credit some of the closing cost affiliated expenses from her commission. We were weary against it, but she was very pushing.... Long story short, she act unprofessionally, NEVER gave a credit to closing, NEVER helped us to find dissent price insurance, NEVER helped us to negotiate, price, house repairs and etc. The deal is closed, we are happy with the house, because it was crazy experience, even though we lost a lot of money because of her, but it was tough experience. Just want to warn you, stay away from Svetlana and do not repeat our mistakes.
