We used Lana for a home purchase, and she was absolutely amazing from the get-go! We had to tour all of the properties virtually and she traveled from home to home, providing walkthroughs of each property while making sure to include the things that mattered to us in the videos. She identified a home that suited our needs and was even able to negotiate certain repairs from the sellers that are not typically included. She was also incredibly communicative with us throughout the process and helped wrangle all the parties involved (attorneys, mortgage brokers, HOA, etc.) to ensure we were all on the same page and things were moving smoothly.
