Within one week of listing the property in October Svetlana had lined up 6 potential buyers---and over the next few weeks brought a steady stream of qualified buyers through the property. After four weeks I was getting offers and within 8 weeks I had 3 qualified offers presented-- so my only hard decision was to pick one! I accepted a cash offer and made final settlement in December.
