Given no house is perfect and every buyer has different needs, Suzie was able to assist us with a variety of contractors / service companies to handle the outstanding issue. While we had to do our due diligence, it was helpful to not have to start from zero. Lastly, with all of the stress from selling a home, Suzie did everything in her power to keep us sane and thinking about the important things during the whole process.
