I had a very difficult sale, riddled with city permitting issues and contractor dramas. Suzie was very supportive throughout the sale and was always trying to help out wherever she could; either drawing on her own knowledge, or by providing references for contractors. Even though it was a difficult sale and the experience as a whole was not what I was initially expecting, that's not by any fault of Suzie. Suzie was very easy to work with and I appreciated her support through the difficult sale.
