I worked with Suzi to purchase my condo in Lansdowne and I couldn't be happier with the experience. She is extremely knowledgeable with the area I was targeting to buy in. She has a great network of resources that we were able to use, home inspector, pest inspector, etc. She is very good at negotiating terms, responsive and was able to go above and beyond in negotiating household items after the contract was ratified. Highly recommend her as a competent Realtor.
