Suzi is amazing

Suzi is amazing. She literally found a buyer for our house before we even put it on the market. She did some research and found out there was a bidding war on the house down the street from us. She reached out to that realtor to find out who the next buyer in line was for that house. She contacted that client's realtor and told her about our home that we were getting ready to list. A showing was set up and they made an offer that night. She even worked out a lease back option for us and everything went perfectly. Suzi is such a hard worker.
