Suzi was great walking us through the ins and outs of selling our house in a remarkable Charlotte market. We listed and were able to get into a positive bidding war for us. Closing wasn’t as expected because the buyer’s lender (VA) were unresponsive and vague when they did communicate. Suzi worked with their agent and found creative solutions to make sure we got to closing!
