Much more than I could have imagine

Unbelievable and uncanny attention to detail. Up to the minute communications, I was never in the dark about anything. With Suzette Lynch at the helm, I had zero worries. Like many people, especially now a' days, I work so much and put in a ton of hours. I literally couldn't of done this without her, and when I say above and beyond - thats exactly what I mean. Down to negotiating and speaking to the HOA on my behalf. I had no clue I fell behind and absolutely no clue they had hired an "attorney"! No, really - seriously [they] did. Suzette understood my daily hustle and grind and kept it real, and treated me and my kids like her own family. She was well aware of my time constraints, balancing life and a ton of work hours. Being in customer service for well over 16yrs now, I know what its like, and what it's supposed to look like. When I tell you she went above and beyond and treated me like I was her only client; I couldnt be more pleased with the timely out come. Infact, pleased is an understatement - Me and my family are literally blessed to have been represented by her. Especially given the current housing market. On time and always attentive. She really came through at a time in my life, when it seemed as if folks had forgotten about the workaholic dads, just trying to do the right thing!!
