Suzette is a very caring, down to earth and has no problem getting your hands dirty to help you get your house sold for top notch and top dollar! I am not from Michigan. I am from New York, my parents relocated to Michigan, and had both since passed away. I originally had another realtor for about a year and a half and it was very hard for me to sell my parents home. Suzette sold the house next-door to my parents and was very relentless about meeting me. I have to say at first I was very reluctant, but I am more than happy and satisfied and grateful that she came into my life. With traveling back-and-forth between Michigan and New York, It was very difficult sometimes to do all the things I need to do in Michigan. I also own a business, so my hours were all wacky and not consistent. Suzette was very patient with me and made things happen. Not only did she help push me to what I needed to do, she had no problem coming over and getting dirty and tearing up carpet with me. Most realtors wouldn’t do these things. I feel like I not only gained a realtor, but a lifelong friend. She got me top dollar, was open and honest about everything , and very good at what she does. I would not recommend any other realtor. I am a very picky person who over analyzes everything and usually do every myself so it’s done right! Not only did I have the confidence and reassurance that she would do it as good as me if not better, she exceeded my expectations! Trust me when I say; you can have the utmost confidence in her!
