My family and I have known Suzette Collins for a number of years. When it came time to sell our house we thought of no one else but Suzette. She stepped up with her plan immediately and we never questioned it. She sold our home on the first open house she held. Suzette literally went far and above what any other agent would of ever done to help our family through this difficult process. She's thoughtful, kind and very savy. Above all else she's a no nonsense realtor specially when it comes to dealing with potential buyers and their agents including when closing time comes around.
