Suzette Boudreaux

Suzette has helped me buy and later sell one home, then buy the condo of my dreams. Beyond that, I've referred friends and family to her much to their satisfaction. What I like best is that she isn't so much a sales person as a match-maker. Each time I've used her services she has done an excellent job of listening to my needs, wants and dreams. Then she uses her extensive knowledge of the local market to help me get the best deal I can. The first house was built from the ground up, fully wheelchair accessible. Matching me with a developer who worked to meet my needs within my price range was a miracle. And I had many good years in that house. When I no longer needed the house, and wanted the support of a home owners association, Suzette put in extra effort to match just the right buyer for my old home. She also found the perfect condo for me, a truly good fit. Her depth of knowledge of the local market combined with her extensive network of professional contacts made each transition smooth and easy. If I ever decide to give up my dream condo, Suzette is the agent that I want to help me!

Suzette helped my husband and I buy a house in Salem, OR when we were still living in New Mexico. She was knowledgable, helpful and gracious, finding properties that she thought we'd like based on her conversations with us. We put in an offer the same day we saw our new house!

Suzette was super helpful and friendly with our home sale and and purchase of our new home. There were some issues, but only due to the amount of stress involved with the selling and purchasing of a house. Dealing with multiple parties (potential buyer, buyer's inspector, roofing contractors, seller, etc., for both houses) at the same time was a pure headache, but I don't think all that hassle negatively impacted Suzette's ability to make it happen. We now have all that behind us in our beautiful home. I'd recommend her for any other people interested in buying or selling in the Santiam Canyon.

Suzette Boudreaux kept me well informed and stayed on top of things, even setting up appointments for work to be done prior to sale. I appreciated that as I was a little lost, and grieving the loss of my mother (hence the sale of the house). I also appreciated her regular communication and making sure I knew what was happening at every step. Suzette seemed to understand what I was going through and the tension within the family unit as hard decisions had to be made and all that encompasses. She was unfortunately even on the receiving end of the "cold shoulder" from some family members, like the situation was somehow her fault, but she just kept smiling! So kudos to Suzette for handling a sometimes unpleasant task! Suzette was very nice to work with and I would definitely work with her again. : )
