Suzanne helped us sell our home in MD when we moved out of state, and helped us purchase a new home when we moved back. When we sold our home we really benefited from her networking and experience. She found us a buyer before our home officially went on the market, AND for more than asking price. When we were relocating back to MD, we were only here for 10 days for a house hunting trip. She worked tirelessly to find homes for us and handled everything during the process. She knows the market and will go to bat for you. Suzanne could not have done a better job for me. The marketing materials she put together were so great I had second thoughts about selling! She had a buyer for my home in a matter of days. And when I had moved literally across the country, she took care of all those last minute items that had to be done before closing.
