Suzanne was our first contact in Salem. Our initial consultation was a get acquainted time and an initial search time. Her focus and questions helped us select homes to look at the next day. Her emails and phone messages reassured us we were on the right track. At each home Suzanne helped us see the positives and some possible negatives. She always asked us more questions as we looked at each house to understand our "likes and dislikes". Suzanne was never pushy or forceful, but clear in what she knew about an area or specific home. Her knowledge of sidings, roofs, plumbing, and other homeowner concerns helped look past the pretty to see the authentic house. When we found a home we wanted, she communicated with us on a regular basis. She always answers every question or found an answer for. Now we depend her for referrals to take care of our new home.
