Suzanne was truly the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. I’ve sold and sold at least 5 homes in just Las Vegas and Suzanne not only knew what to fix in my home prior to selling, but what to sell for, what to accept, what to counter, and everything in-between. I had 3 offers within 10 days and prior to an open house that was going to have. I was worried about getting offers since the interest rates were high but apparently had nothing to worry about having Suzanne as my realtor!!
