After a disastrous experience with another Remax agent, we were somewhat hesitant to book with Suzanne. She, however, performed far beyond our expectations. When she said, "We will sell your house by spring," we were cautiously optimistic. But closing was Feb. 10, and our expectations of how hard it would be vanished with Suzanne's expertise. She dealt with all the little screw ups, worked with us long distance and simply helped make things work. The difference between an agent who constantly communicates via calls, text, and e-mail and one you have to contact 20 times to get a response is enormous. Suzanne and her team make things happen.
