I hired Suzanne to sell a house, and although the price point was such that it didn't lead to a large commission, Suzanne treated the transaction with the effort, vision and responsiveness of someone who was selling a $5 million home. From the outset she identified the fixes and touch-ups necessary to maximize the marketability of the property, then secured a qualified buyer and navigated tricky logistical issues brought on by the fact that the property straddled the border of two different states.
