I was looking for a property to prepare for my retirement is the next year or so. Living in another state several hundred miles away but knowing the general area I needed an agent with experience and patience to work with. I took a trip to the area, and she found several homes meeting my criteria. I even put an offer on two of them. I was out bid on one and the other after inspection needed more work than i was interested in doing. Suzanna stayed in touch through e-mail, text and phone calls. Knowing I could not come back to see the property she worked with my family members to show them the house while video conferencing me in allow me to be a part of the process.
