What a fabulous home purchasing experience! Suzanne and her team are not simply experts in real estate but more experts in finding the right home and guiding people through the crazy market to win the home they want within their budget. We tried for 2 other houses. 1 was at the top of our budget and was a hope and a prayer. The other simply wanted more than their asking price and was waiting for a bidding war. Suzanne and Anna walked us through the high and low of not getting those houses. But they knew what we wanted and in just 3 weeks we had a house under contract! Now we are moved in, Suzanne has been paid, you would think that their job was completed? Oh, no! She has been in contact with us twice a week since we moved in. Just making sure everything is going smoothly. If you want to buy or sell a house, they will listen and make sure your expectations are realistic and then make it happen! We cannot express how much we appreciate all of the care and time. We are truly blessed to have this team in our corner!

Suzaanne went above and beyond in making sure my house sold. When we had to fix a few things to get the house to sell, she would go ahead and use her handymen so we did not have to pay upfront. Thank you Suzaanne for all the efforts and hardworking. Would definitely recommend her again

I am convinced she is the hardest working agent out there. She rolls up her sleeves and gets the job done. She also takes great care of her clients by listening to their needs/wants and tailoring her approach accordingly. Good luck finding a better agent!
