It may seem insincere to have all 5 stars. But we genuinely are fully pleased with Suzanne's hard work for us. We moved down from VA to find either a long term property or a 'tweener' house. We did not want to rent/store while looking for a long term home. We started our search Nov. 2017, came down to report for work Apr. 1 into an apartment since we didn't like anything enough. Overall, after seeing 75 homes and many lots for a build and two homes that we bid on that fell through, we finally found both thanks to Suzanne's hard work and tenacity. We are now in a tweener home while our forever home is being renovated. She was constantly networking for us because she knows the local quite well. Suzanne was always a text away while we were researching on our end. We would shoot a question to her and she was right on it. Then when it came down to the negotiation and realty process, she just got it done. I also appreciate Suzanne's honesty. If she felt something was 'fishy' or had risk to it, she'd be the first to say. That is her down-to-earth integrity. We were very thankful to have her stick with us through such an arduous and exciting process.

Suzanne was very thorough and worked very hard to put our needs and interests first. She found us the perfect lot in the perfect place that met every one of our requirements. She put an incredible amount of time and effort into our search considering our purchase was only a $35,000 a lot. She also put us in touch with an excellent closing attorney to make the whole process effortless. I would highly recommend Suzanne for anyone needing a realtor in the greater Asheville area, there are none better!!
