I bought my very first home from Sue, I was extremely nervous and stressed about the magnitude of home ownership. Sue is very knowledgeable about ALL the small details of buying and selling your home. I felt like she had my back and helped guide me through the entire process. Always available to answer any questions I had, and believe me I had hundreds of them. She works well with all other parties involved from the legal team, inspectors and coordinated well with the other agents. By having her as my agent I felt she took much of the stress out of the process and helped to make it easier from beginning to end. Then fast forward seven years later when it was time for me to sell my home (life changes, kids through college), I enlisted her help to sell my home and downsize to my hopefully final home. The market was more volitile this time and stressers were much higher as it was during the start of the pandemic. Navigating through those times, including restrictions on open houses/showings, inspection rules etc due to State covid guidelines made the process rather challenging to say the least. Once again Sue stepped up to the challenge and made the purchase and sale of my home a smooth process and was able to navigate the obstacles that the pandemic through in our way. I can't say enough about her strong skill set and knowledge about the ever changing market and her patient and guiding approach to her clients. She really has gone above and beyond my expectations and as a result most recently enlisted her help once again when my son decided to purchase his first home. Again new challenges and very different market, multiple offers and offers extending far over asking price were only a few of the challenges my son faced. Sue shined through once again and my son is closing on his first home the end of this month! So pleased and would definitely recommend her for your home buying or selling needs!
