Suzanne put us at instant ease, being such newbies, having lived in our home for almost 41 years. Her suggestions on getting the house ready for sale were perfectly spot on. And she and her team did a beautiful job with photos and videos for the listing. With an outstanding agent like Suzanne, it is no wonder that our house sold in less than two weeks. She is the best!
I've used Suzanne multiple times selling and buying real estate. She knows the market. It always does what she says she's going to do. I'm a repeat customer we're buying and selling real estate
Suzanne was absolutely fantastic from the first day we met her till we went to closing. She followed up on everything was very professional and extremely easy to speak with. Suzanne, took care of selling our house in rural Powhatan for us and really listen to us and explained everything. If anybody’s looking for a real estate agent in Virginia, I would highly recommend Suzanne .
Suzanne was incredible every step of the way. My husband and I were first time home buyers and we never second guessed our next steps or questioned the process because Suzanne is so knowledgable of the market and her experience speaks volumes to the service she provides. Whenever questions did arise I knew I could call on Suzanne and she always quickly responded with such a kind manner. We were so lucky to have Suzanne on our side during the buying process as it was a breeze thanks to her efforts!

We can't say enough great things about Suzanne. In the beginning we were a bit skeptical about this whole process, but not only did Suzanne come in and ease our minds she had us busting with confidence! Living in Powhatan her whole life made her very conscious of our ever changing market here in Powhatan and with her experience she proved to be 100% correct on everything she said! With her advice we listed our home for far more than we ever felt possible and within two days she received FOUR offers OVER the asking price!!! Through this whole process, she was only a phone call away to answer all of the many questions and concerns we had to the point that we knew in our hearts that we had chosen the one that was "the best" for us when we chose Suzanne to sell our home for us! From the moment that I met Suzanne I knew she was a go-getter and was impeccable in whatever she did. So when our dream house came to the market and she was the agent, I knew she’d be the one selling my home as well. We completed a monumental task with the selling and buying our new home. I could not have done it without her and her first rate team!
