Tremendous support for an out of town managed estate

Sue professionally managed not just the house sale but the extensive contractor work needed to get the property in compliance with the latest building codes. As an estate executor I was located out of state, so Sue managed the work on sewer and plumbing compliance, debris removal, tenant relocation, bathroom renovation, locksmithing and house interior painting. She was a god-send for us. She strategized the house sale and suggested remodeling work that would maximize return on investment. We sold quickly in the middle of a bad Buffalo winter.
