I couldn't have asked for a better realtor! Suzanna worked with me and my husband for over a year before we were "ready" to purchase our first home. We were obviously very new and nervous to the whole process but Suzanna made everything so easy and smooth for us. She took her time to make sure we understood everything instead of just rushing us to make a purchase just for the commission. She introduced us to both our lender as well as our real estate lawyer (whom we were both very satisfied with as well). I worked with Suzanna to purchase my first home in the US and really can’t say enough good things about her. Suzanna was willing to meet us at any time. She is very approachable. She was incredibly generous with her time, including mornings, late in the evenings, weekends and this over several months! She came with me to view condos and she helped to put together the offer letter within a couple of days of our first meeting. I truly believe her expertise helped tremendously in my offer getting accepted. She was always happy to check everything for me and she sent me all the information I needed. She helped me with lender recommendations, inspectors for the property and also closing attorneys.
