I have been working with Suzanne for years and had the best and sweetest memories and experiences with her. She brings me good luck both when I buy and when I sell. With her experience and knowledge, she makes the impossible possible and with her calmness in the worst situation, she makes it possible in the best possible way, she is responding the emails and phone calls and text even when she is in Italy for her vacation 😉😂(sorry my lovely and sweetheart Suzanne). she knows so many professionals people like mortgage companies and lawyers and others people may you need them to done your transaction. and I am very lucky to have Suzanne in my life, she always treading me like her family members and I can count on her like my sister.

We really liked working with Suzanna for the house (and apartment) hunting process. We were unfamiliar with neighborhoods beyond the greater Boston area, but Suzanna guided us to better properties beyond what was shown in photos. When we had to stop our house search due to apt leasing issues, Suzanna helped us with getting a new apartment as well. Most recently, we were able to buy a condo and Suzanna was up late in the night and early in the morning securing details of the transaction with the selling agent to make sure our offer accepted. Between the accepting of the offer and final closing, Suzanna was there every step of the way (literally!). She offered her connections for loans, attorneys, moving companies, etc. After the sale, she kept in touch to check in with us. If we decide to move again, we would have Suzanna be our buying and selling agent.

Suzanna is a very professional and kind person. She supported us throughout the process, explained everything in detail, recommended us a lender and a state lawyer who were both very professional. She went out of her way, really above and beyond to support us with recommendations not related to real state, as we were just arriving to the US. We really appreciate her help, it was a real pleasure working with her!
