Suzanna's hard work and sound advice allowed me to buy a house in the exact location I wanted!

I wanted a house of unusual size, at a relatively low price point, in a particular location. Very difficult to find, and I was 600 miles away! Suzanna investigated potential homes for me sending pictures, videos, and assessments. She advised me on repair costs and market values, and helped put together reasonable offers. Much of which was done electronically at a distance! Suzanna was always positive and helpful, keeping me from getting discouraged in a very tough market. When we eventually found the house I purchased, Suzanna negotiated a good price and made sure all of the little details were taken care of. She was always there when I had a question, and carefully explained each step in the process. Even after closing Suzanna gave me help and guidance as I dealt with utilities and finding things in a new community. Overall working with Suzanna Huitron was an excellent experience and I would recommend her to anyone.
