Suzan does a great job of using her knowledge of homes and the business to protect her buyer from the shadier side of real estate transactions. She helped me avoid a money pit, and then helped me negotiate a better deal on the house I found. We used her again when we found our final resting place - the house we want to retire in.
Susan was great! I had so much trouble with the solar panel people—getting documents, having them return calls, etc. and Susan stepped in and was able to handle the situation. And she got the amount I was asking for my home.
