She helped us navigate through an almost impossible buying transaction. We were able to get a contingent offer accepted to purchase a house before we had our house listed on the market to sell. Talk about stressful, but Suzan stayed positive and professional through each phase of the process. She demonstrated care by offering help with any issue that came up. She maintained communication with us and helped us navigate an unresponsive and dishonest seller’s agent and a major septic issue the week of closing.
