As a first time home buyer, I had very limited knowledge of the home buying process. Sutah, was AMAZING!! Her charismatic personality, boundless energy, and positivity helped me to stay calm throughout the process. She listened to what I wanted in a home and showed me several listings that met my criteria. Once I found my Dream Home, Sutah was instrumental in the negotiation process. She explained and outlined every step thoroughly and with the greatest attention to detail. She was available any time of day to answer my many questions.
