She's very organized and has great follow through, which is so great given how time-sensitive responses are in the SF Bay Area market. Her communication is clear and detailed. She's also a great teacher if you're new to home buying and all the steps involved. She explained things patiently and in detail and made sure all my questions were answered. She also finds such beautiful homes!!!
